My Current Skincare Routine

Many of my recent posts have focussed on skincare so, I thought I would finish off my skincare blog stint with my current skincare routine. I have really been concentrating on skincare products over the past 6 months and have built up a good, slightly long-winded skincare routine. The results have been fantastic and well worth the time I take to follow these steps.

Through the combination of the following products my skin is soft, plump and glowing. I have also seen a significant difference with my finelines which are now considerable reduced and less visible. I will list them in order I use them with a brief description of the product and benefits. Enjoy the post…

Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion

Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate
£38.00 for 30ml from Feelunique
I have only been using for the past couple of weeks but I have seen a difference on my skin. I had been using the daily concentrate for nearly 12 months so bought this as a little treat and I am so glad I did. It is an anti-ageing oil that replenishes the skin whilst you sleep. It leaves my skin looking glowing and feels lovely. It is really hydrating so I don’t need to apply moisturiser. Next morning my skin is still looking great and there is no oiliness at all. I feel this really balances my skin texture and keeps the correct level all night. Sometimes with others products I wake in the morning and my T-zone is a bit oily, but with this there is no oil. Again I know the Kiehl products are pricey but this bottle will last a long time as you only need two drops each evening as it spreads well and absorbs into the skin perfectly. I am going to do a full review on the Kiehl concentrates in a few weeks.

I hope you found this post helpful. I know it looks like alot of products but I really have seen my skin improve over the past 6 months and feel like my skin is completely refreshed and glowing after following there routines in the morning and night. each product plays a different role in the routine. 1. I m not entirely happy with my skincare stash. I still need to add a great serum, maybe an acid or two, and I need the Glam Glow mask in my life, like now. Ha! Don t be intimidated though, remember I am a beauty junkie, so as long as you cleanse tone and moisturize, you ll be fine, oh and throw in a eye cream for good measure (
