The last of my posts in my “Finding the Perfect Christmas Gift” focuses on the high-end beauty gift sets. These products are expensive but sometimes you just want to treat people and these could be great options to put a smile on anyones face. I have picked my favourites.
MAC Nutcracker Sweet Plum Retro Matte Kit
£39.00 from www.maccosmetics.com
This is from the MAC Christmas Nutcracker Sweet collection I have mentioned in my earlier posts. I really love this collection. It is fun and bright with a lovely range of colours across the products. This is a lovely set, which Contains 2 matte lip products in plum pink colours and a mascara all packaged in a lovely themed fuchsia and burgundy bag with gold embroidery.
Charlotte Tilbury Seductive Instant Look In A Palette & Legendary Lashes Makeup Gift Set £49.00 from www.johnlewis.com
This is a beautiful set including a palette with 3 eye shadows, 2 blushers, a bronzer and a highlighter. The set also comes with a mini Legendary Lashes Mascara that is supposedly Kim Kardashian’s favourite mascara! What I like about this palette is the colours are really wearable shades that compliment any skin tone plus, there is a number on each product to guide you through application. This would be a great palette to pack for a night away as it has everything you need, cutting down the size of your makeup bag. Plus, the palette also has a nice big mirror, which is a huge help when traveling.
Benefit Dolly Darling Gift Set
£44.50 from benefitcosmetics.com
This is great set. It contains 4 of my favourite Benefit products: a full size Porefessional Primer (usually £24.50), a full size Rollerlash mascara (usually £19.50), a full size Hoola Bronzer (usually £23.50) and a fun size Gimme Brow. All packaging is in a fab retro collectable doll-head tin. So this tin is actually great value when you price up the products inside! Plus, it comes in a funky collectable retro doll-head tin packaging. This is limited-edition for the Christmas period.
MAC Warm Neutral palette
£45.00 from www.maccosmetics.com
This eye palette is not a specific Christmas product but it is my favourite eye shadow palette of all time, which is why I think it would be the perfect gift. The receiver of this gift will be very happy and use this product for a long time. The colours are very pigmented and they last all day. It is a warm neutral palette containing colours to suit day and night looks.
L’Occitane Your Weekend Away Shea Butter Set
£42.00 from www.johnlewis.com
L’Occitane produces really lovely products. One of my favourites is the cream hand lotion. They are so rich and creamy and come in a range of different collections. This set contains ten travel-sized essentials from the Shea Butter collection. A perfect gift for a mum or older person (who I find are often the hardest to buy for!) Shea butter is excellent for softening and deeply nourishing the skin and restores moisture into dry and sensitive skin. This set contains; Light Comforting Balm, Ultra Rich Lip Balm, Hand Cream, Foot Cream, Shea Milk Extra-Gentle Soap, Shea Verbena Extra-Gentle Soap, Shower Cream, Body Lotion, Aromachologie Repairing Shampoo and Aromachologie Repairing Conditioner. They all come in a lovely toiletries bag.
I have found so many exciting beauty gifts during my search for this post and found it very hard to narrow down, but these were some of my favourites. Hope this post has come in handy.
