Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette: Perfect for Spring & Summer

Well it is official, I AM IN LOVE! The Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette is just to die for. The colours, the smell, the packaging… it is just perfect for Spring and Summer. It is without a doubt the palette I will be wearing for the next 6 months or more. I have never owned a Too Faced palette before and after reading and watching lots of reviews I decided to buy one of the chocolate palettes. I never thought I would like the peach palette, as I am not usually a person who likes any peach/pink colours. I tend to like my browns and bronzes. However, when looking at the palettes in the shop I just fell in love with the Sweet Peach Palette.

Packaging:
The packaging is a peachy coloured tin with embossed peach shapes on top. It snaps shut which makes it great for traveling as it will not get damaged or open in your bag. Inside is a large mirror. Keeping to Too Faced tradition, the palette has a lovely smell of peaches. It is a nice sweet smell, but not too much that it is overpowering when you are using it. I always find myself sniffing it like a weirdo every time I open it!

Colour:
The colours are just gorgeous. There are 18 shades in total ranging from shimmery pinks and bronzes through to dark cranberry and plum colours. There is a range of shimmer and matte shades including a bone coloured matte white perfect for highlighting the brow area. This is definitely a palette you can use by itself as it has literally every colour needed to make a wide range of different eye designs. I hate it when I buy a new palette and end up needing to use other palettes, as there isn’t a crease shade or a highlight shade.

My favourite colours are Peach Pit, which is a cranberry brown shade. It is hard to explain, as it is a really unique shade on the middle row. I love Just Peachy, on the top row, which is a colour I never ever thought I would wear but it just looks so nice on the eyelid. I also like Cobbler, on the middle row which is a warm brown shade. This is perfect worn across the entire lid for a subtle daytime look.

The pigmentation of the colours is very good and I have not had any fall out from any of the shades I have used. They last all day too without fading. This is quite an expensive palette at £39.00 but you will not be dissappointed and you can do a wide range of looks.

I have added a makeup look for you to see the colours on the eye. Remember though, I am not a makeup artist.

I applied Georgia in the crease, blending well. I then applied Cobbler all over the lid as a base shade. I then used a mix of Peach Pit and Delectable in the outer V and Just Peachy on the inner lid and blended them out. I applied these several times to build up the colour. I finished with a bit of Nectar in the centre of the lid as a highlight. I finished with liquid eyeliner and mascara.

  1. Beautiful shades! I’ve been tempted to try this out but I heard a bunch of people complaining about how it smells like medicine… it looks beautiful on you though so I’ll have to pick it up!
