Today I continue with my reviews of the Body Shop Vitamin C Range. This particular range is aims to refresh your skin and give it a glowing boost of radiance. If you would like to read part 1 of the Vitamin C range please click here.

Vitamin C Energising Face Mist

£12.00 per 100ml

Claims:
  • Instantly refreshes your skin and boost radiance
  • Perfect for enhancing dull complexions and on- the-go hydration.
  • For dull, tired, grumpy skin
  • Vitamin C rich camu camu from the Amazonian rainforest, Peru
  • Community Trade aloe vera
  • Refreshes and enhances natural radiance
My Verdict:

This is a lovely face mist. It is very refreshing to use and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. It is handy to keep in your handbag and use throughout the day to add a bit of life to your face. It smells lovely and does not make my skin oily at all. I do feel it is quite highly priced though.

Vitamin C Skin Reviver Instant Smoother

£17.00 for 30ml

Claims:
  • Gives your skin a healthy-looking glow with our Vitamin C infused radiance-booster.
  • Use after moisturising to effectively combat dull, tired complexions.
  • For dull, tired, grumpy skin
  • Enhances natural radiance
  • With light-reflective particles
  • Gives skin a silky-smooth finish
My Verdict:

This is a silicone type gel that you apply after moisturising before you add your makeup. It absorbs into the skin well and blurs your pores. It is non-greasy and does not dry out your skin either. It is also very light on the skin. It leaves a lovely silky-smooth finish as claimed and is a great base for your makeup. I have used this several times now and I really love it. Makeup applies well over it but it actually looks great on non-makeup days. My face does not go oily throughout the day and not only does it blur pores but it makes my skin look healthy and radiant as claimed. My only concern with this product is the cost. I think it is quite expensive for a face primer, within this bracket of the market. However, like I have mentioned in my previous post, The Body Shop do great offers and it is well worth splashing out and getting yourself it when on offer.

Vitamin C Glow Boosting Moisturiser

£16.00 for 150ml

Claims:
  • A lightweight gel formula that gives your skin a daily boost of radiance and hydration.
  • Contains vitamin C, that awakens and clarifies your complexion, revealing a natural healthy-looking glow.
  • For dull, tired, grumpy skin
  • Vitamin C rich camu camu from the Amazonian rainforest, Peru
  • Community Trade aloe vera
  • Energising and hydrating
  • Enhances natural radiance
My Verdict:

Out of all the skincare products I tried, this was hands down my favourite. It has a lovely creamy consistency that absorbs well into my skin. It is non-greasy and stays relatively matt all-day long. I would say it suits oily or combination skin. My skin is dry combination skin and this worked lovely for me. It is lightweight and fresh on the skin. It leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated and looking really radiant and glowing. I think the price is okay for a moisturiser. I have really enjoyed using the Body Shop Vitamin C range. I think all the products are really lovely and leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated and looking radiant, bright and glowing. My top 3 products are:

  1. Vitamin C Glow Boosting Moisturiser
  2. Vitamin C Skin Reviver Instant Smoother
  3. Vitamin C Glow Boosting Microdermabrasion
