Hi Everyone, I have had another Charlotte Tilbury delivery this week and I am very excited to review it. I am realising that I am getting a bit addicted to Charlotte Tilbury makeup, which is not great as it is very expensive. However, I love everything that I try and feel the quality is exceptional. Today I am reviewing two of her new releases and a good old cult classic. Enjoy the post.
£39 from Charlotte Tilbury This is her new Airbrush Bronzer. It has a matte finish and is available in 4 shades. I chose the medium shade. It comes under the same idea as her Airbrush Flawless Filter which is a finely milled finishing powder which is lightweight and pore blurring on the skin. I love this bronzer and can see it is going to be very popular. It feels very light and leaves a really natural healthy-looking glow to the skin. It has hyaluronic acid in it which is moisturising to the skin and does not leave that drying finish some powders can leave. I find my skin texture is smooth and soft and it does help to blur the pores on the skin. The packaging is stunning. It is in a gold compact with a big mirror and it is refillable so you do not need to keep buying the premium for the full compact. It is expensive for a bronzer but it is huge. I have never seen a compact so big. I love the finish of this and have been wearing it every day on my cheeks, around my hairline and on my eyes as a shadow. I really love it!
Luxury Eyeshadow Palette Desert Haze
£40 from Charlotte Tilbury I love the Charlotte Tilbury eye shadow quad sets. They are handy to carry around, beautifully packaged and excellent quality shadows that are pigmented, blend well and last all day. This one does not disappoint. This is great for me as it is all matte shades and they are warm brown, red colours which are my perfect shades. They have a creamy velvet texture and would suit all eye colours. I debated whether to buy this quad as it is expensive at £40 for 4 eyeshadows and I have just bought the Copper Charge quad which is also lovely, but I gave in and am so glad I did. I have been wearing this over the past week and it is just lovely. I can see this being my go-to eyeshadow on a daily basis. The colours are really versatile and can be worn as light washes across the lid or built up for an intense night look.
Matte Revolution Pillow Talk Original Lipstick
£25 from Charlotte Tilbury This is a lipstick I have wanted for a while. It is their iconic classic Pillow Talk Matte lipstick that everyone in the industry talks about. I am not really a nude lipstick type of person. I like a bold red lip on night outs and just use a lip balm on a daily basis. I also find matte lipsticks are often drying and uncomfortable on my lips. However, I bought this and am really enjoying it. The colour is a nude pink that seems to suit everyone that wears it, including me. It does not make your lips shout out that they are wearing lipstick, it seems to just really emphasize the lips and make them look luscious and healthy. The texture is lovely, not drying at all and the colour lasts well throughout the day. I have worn it with a lip liner and without and both times it applies well. It has been perfect for a subtle touch when doing video calls. They have a variation of pillow talk shades now so I would like to dry these next.
